Cities divide their land into plots. Plots can be sold or rented out.

## Find a plot

- `/city plots` shows your city's free plots.
- A hologram on site shows the size and price.
- Right-click the hologram to open the purchase menu.

## Buy or rent

- **Buy:** the plot is yours. The city may neither rebuild it nor give it to someone else. You pay no rent, fees or levies for a bought plot.
- **Rent:** you pay every week. You can end the lease.

You need the matching permission in the city to buy or rent.

## Manage your plot

- `/plot` opens your plot.
- `/plot add <player>` adds a resident.
- `/plot view` shows the borders.

On your plot you decide who may build, open containers, use doors and redstone, handle animals and use spawners. City ranks give no access to plots someone owns.

## Create plots for the city

Whoever may manage plots in the city creates plots, changes their shape and offers them for sale or rent. The offer hologram can be moved.
